Memorial Scholarship

The Fort Walton Beach Community Chorus Memorial Scholarship was established in 1993 in dedication to numerous long-time chorus members who have passed before us. Since 1993, the FWBCC has awarded scholarships in excess of $30,000.00. Just as music was a large part of our fallen member’s lives, this meaningful scholarship will continue the music experience and education of recipients who also have the love of music!

Each year, the Fort Walton Beach Community Chorus will award two (2) scholarships, each in the amount of $1,000.00, to two (2) graduating high school seniors from Okaloosa or Santa Rosa County who are selected through an audition process. Each scholarship will be given to assist the students’ music study during a single college year.
